Those familiar with warhammer 40k might know that chant came from the Grey Knights.

I'm higly influenced and inspired by Warhammer 40k, from the armor to the designs and also the mood and setting of the whole thing. I was trying to go for a more 'epic' feel and stray out of my comfort zone. Have always wanted to try doing such things ^^ ; (but of course i prefer drawing a girl than a testosterone pumped man xD)

It is one of my biggest self projects in a very long time. Starting from the draft i had to refer a lot and changed so many things along the way. Though i did not achieved the target i set for myself working on this pic, i think it came out pretty decent >.<"

I've been working on it for so long that i lost count the exact time i started. But i'm pretty satisfied with what i have learnt so far. I'm far from comfortable cging in such a way, so i hope to really learn to master this style in future.
